Hi All,

I have been trying to get my Inverter (Home UPS: PULSE - 630VA/12V DC) repair since 6 months and every second month either the “Mosfet” or the “Motherboard” gets blowed up. I have been in constant touch with the Technical Manager Mr. Sujeet and he always says that the same will be repaired within next hour/day and gave false commitment that there would be no problem hence forth.

The technician that would get in touch with me was Mr Vimal who neither answers the phone nor provide a good service. I have already paid the

Out of warranty amount to the company of Rs 1300/-

Did I paid for the faulty part being replaced inside my equipment.

Currently I have already raised a complaint and the technician was suppose to come at my place by today. But he never showed I am feeling ashamed of myself for paying the “Out of warranty” service as I would have received a new inverted for just Rs. 3500/-. My family is facing problem back home as there is a huge power cut problem in Ghaziabad (around 4-6 hrs). Please get the inverter repaired as soon as possible or I have to approach the consumer court. Waiting for an early response.
