We are from hotel tourist palace. We are a property of 46 rooms having videocon a.c installed. There was a problem in one of the a.c and we contacted SRI NIDHI COMFORT SOLUTIONS, HYDERABAD on 4th of april. It is official service provider for videocon. our job sheet no. is 060. Mr. Giri with mobile no. 9866123576 was attending to the problem. When we told him we would make the payment by cheque he told us that he will accept nothing other than cash. So we settled down with cash and asked him to proceed with work. Since then he is not sending any one for the repair. when we called him he told he wont do any work with us and speaks rudely using foul language.
We have so many a.cs installed with u. If this is the service condition, how can we rely on your service providers. I request you to look into this conditrion and take necessary action..
