Phone hangging problem

I have purchased nokia E71 model bearing IMEI No. 351940032587257.

since i have purchased the hand set i am facing the problem with the hand set

it got hangged and its menu does not open, to get it functioning fine i have to restart the phone again and again.

i have subbmitted my phone with Nokia Care, but nothing has been done.

i am still facing the same problem with my handset.
