HP india Product Printer 1005 Laser
Not supporting warrenty

Dear sir

I have bought Hp printer 1005 Laser in Feb. The company has given the warranty of One year. According to the company the power supply of the printer has been replace by the company three times, i have been asked the voltage rating second time and considered ok the given voltage rating.

Now again according to the company the power supply of the printer is damaged and HP company india is not refused to change the power supply under warrenty.

Sir, my point is that the HP company has given me the defected printer, as the voltage rating of my premises is correct then the fault would be of the company and the company should repair my printer under warranty as the warranty period is going on.

Dear sir, please give me the best solution of my complaint as early as possible.
