This is with severe sadness that I am filing the complaint with you regarding your vendor Data care Corporation at Deccan (DCC), Pune, Maharashtra, India.
My company (Jaguar Solutions Pvt. Ltd.) had purchased a HP LJM1136MFP printer from DCC on 13th March for Rs9600/- wide invoice number 110024859.
Suddenly in the month of June the printer developed some problem i.e it stopped scanning and copying and was displaying E 8 on the display panel.
We took the printer to DCC on 21st July. They informed us that the printer needs to be replaced and that they would call us to collect
the replaced printer. We did receive the call and went to collect the replaced printer. To our surprise we were handed over an old printer of the same model.
I would like to have an understanding from you guys as to what exactly is the process for the replacement in case of faults appearing during the warranty period. Do you guys give an older unit to replace the faulty new units.
