Respected sir,
I Mukesh Pratap, a customer bought a HP Pavilion dv4 dated on 15/01/10 from
B 23/70 S2 Anupam Apartment, Durgakund, VARANASI with booking no.- 29 and serial
number-001448.There was offer regarding Hp pavilion of videocon lcd tv till 20/01/10.
As per terms and condition i filled all necessary information and sent
1- Demand draft of Rs-9000.00 .
2- copy of purchase invoice.
3- bar coded product serial number sticker.
As it has passed more than 2 months, no farther steps were taken till today. I got a message in 1st
week of march that i will receive my delivery within 2 weeks. Till now no information has been sent to us.
so, I kindly request you to please send us information as required to you.
