I have given my mobile for the software updation on 09/10.they have told it will be ready in two houyrs and they have charged Rs.650.00..after two hours they asked me to come back on 10/10... on 10th oct they told my mobile is not even switching on so they have to send it to head quarters (Delhi)..till date no response from them... Not even attending the Calls... the call disconnects immediately after i am told the my jobsheet number...
Anyone can help me...
