Hubli Electricity Supply Company Limited (HESCOM) was formed under Company’s Act on 01.06.2002. HESCOM is responsible for power distribution in Dharwad, Gadag, Bijapur, Bagalkot, Uttara Kannada, Haveri and Belgaum districts of Karnataka.
I would like to bring your kind notice that the electric meter provided by HESCOM is not compliance with the general standard and its speed is high compare to others town around our district..Since last 10 Years The Residents of Bhatkal feel uncomfortable and inconvinience due to gradual rise in thier bills. We would like to check these electrical meter under the survelleince of consurmer court.
Please help us to proceed with our complain to solve this problem.
