Non replacement of battery of water purifie

I am using water purifier named Pure it of HUL company. The battery of purifier needs to be replaced. For that i had contacted on 28 jul nd 13 Aug 11, but no one has come yet to replace the kit of purifier. A request no RFS/731109 has been given by company that ur kit will be replaced within 48 hrs.
