Dear sir,

i have purchase a huawei handset model c5589 from SHIV TELECOM P-31 KRISHAN VIHAR DELHI 86 BILL NO B-601 DATED 05/05 i want to purchase tata handset but he gave me virgin handset with guarantee of one year with programming of tata in this set, there was some problem in handset when i visit to service center he said you have unlock this handset for using tata indicom .but when i bought this handset by dealer i used tata connection in this set.i talk with dealer he said i have done programming and he said 3 month is enough to used this handset.now i have no guarantee.

so please see this matter because i have paid 3200/ rs and used this handset only 3 months.
