Pure It germ Kit battery Replacement

I have purchased a Pure It (water purifying system) from hindustan uniliver. I have reqested them for the replacement of the Germ Kill Battery Kit approx 10 days back. Request Number RFS/454028.

But still I am spending an hour daily in reminding them. I have registered a complaint as well. I have a baby and its very difficult to manage with the tap water. Everytime I call, customer care people feel sorry & use to assure me that the Kit will be replaced in "NEXT 48 HOURS".

I need to know whether the germ kill battery kit is available in any other stores so that i can buy them without having to wait for the so called customer service from HUL.
