Bad after sales servics

I have made a big blnder by buying a samsung phone. within 10 days of my purchase its mic and keypad have stopped working. I have given it to the service center and it is there from last 20 days due to unavailaibility of parts. Even common parts like keypad and mic are not available in company and place like mumbai.
