We are from Ludhiana-Punjab, we are not satisfied from ur after sales service, due to twice time giving service by ur service engineer but that tv giving us complaint again and again. If different complaint than we won't send u this type of complaint... but question is after service some days gone again same problem occured... and if we call in your office telephone numbers are -0161-5055533, all females were busy to gossip each other and phone is on hold 13 minutes, than one lady came to phone and said we are busy can not take your complaint call after some time... what is this... is this CUSTOMER CARE... I need answer.
Well there is no any private clash with any of them but we are customer and we need service otherwise we can say onida tv is best but service is very POOR.
