Problem of my touch in my phone

I purchased a mobile as stated from as per order from news paper in tanuku. My problem isthe mobile touch pad wi there is no touch it mobile screen the mobile touch pad is not available in the tanuku rajahmundry and vijayawada. Plz give me the solution.
