No response and excessive delay on fixing of above mentioned product

I had sent my samsung corby model number s-3653 to sabsonic for repairing and even after 1 and a half week i have received no response from them.

i checked the status today and it is still pending even after such a long time..

the date of fixing as promised by them was the 23rd of july and even now there is no action taken...

the movement is the most sluggish i have seen as phone servicing should take nothing more than some days let alone the mammoth time they are taking!!!

the model no. is s- 3653

and the serial number is - RDSSA02874N

work order no. is SAB1879N/14

date of sending is 14th of july

token no. 72

the nature of complaint is that the touch pad isnot working.
