Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writin this letter in lot of distress n despair. My wife was using airtel prepaid connection. Since Prepaid connections r banned in jammu, so i thought to convert the no in to post paid of airtel only. But someone suggested me that take Reliance n i also thought that company has such a big name n known for their good services, so let me try out.
I applied for new connection on 7/nov n got my sim on 8/nov n it was told to me that it will be activated in 3 workin days. A guy came to our house on 10/nov for personal identification n told it will be activated in 24 hours but till date it is not activated.
So today when i tried to enquire, i got a very rude n bad response. The agency who has given the Sim is HIMALAYA TRADERS, CHHANNI, JAMMU owned by MR.NARESH n i spoke to a guy over there by the name of Rohit n he said i cant do anything. He gave me no of customer care n told me to speak there.i called there n spoke to MR RAVI NO9018226082 N he also did not speak properly n gave me no of MR.VIRENDER NO9018101599 who was very rude n dumped the phone when i was talkin n said he cant help.
If nobody can help n talk to a customer, then what is the need of tryin out the new connection with reliance.
I hope i get some response from u guys atleast so that my faith in u guys is not shattered.
