Dear Sir,
I bought a fully automatic Whirlpool Whitemagic washing machine on 19th of June from Technocity, Kolkata – 20. Though the item was delivered on time but the service person came after 1 week and when he opened the box he found that the body was damaged. So he told that he will report about it and the machine will be replaced. But nobody contacted us after that. We called the customer care several times and every time either they are giving a new contact number or they are saying they have noted down about the incident and it will be replaced within 2/3 days. Today is 14th of July, and till now no action has been taken to replace the machine.
