My Money is Deducted

Dear Sir / Madam

Please Help

I just rechagre my molbile phone On 19/11 Time 2:31 p.m.

and my Rs. 10.00/- is deducted and when I Complaint to custmer care they told me that I had acctivated some thing. I asked them when & what I had acctivated they answered me today afternoon and Some thing acctivated, which I asked them three time I can't hear them properly every time
