STILL NOT ACTIVATED /OLD PREPAID ALSO FAILED

well it is be informed to you about my recent IDEA PREPAID which was supposed to be converted in POSTPAID.within the week this process is being done but last night suddenley prepaid registratin also failed.and offered post paid did not activate.i am totally handicap now and i am unable to call them too.

process started from FARIDABAD branch (hariyana) handled by ms priyanka sisodia,

I am so sorry to tell you that it is absolutely nor cured to the customer.please see the matter and do as the priority basis.

if not I will go against the said branch to take action.
