Delay in delivery of my mobile which is submitted on 29/10/11

I bought mobile on diwali (26/10).my mobile got problem on 29/10 it was hanged and am not able to switch on it... so i have given in samsung mobile center in ameerpet (elephant house) hyderabad andhra pradesh ..they told me they ll give ma mobile on monday i.e., on 1/11 when i call them on 1/11 they told me that they ll give the mobile on saturday i.e., 5/11 and today (7/11) when i went to the servicing center they told me to call tomorrow to know the status of ma mobile but not delivering... if this gonna continue from tomorrow also i gonna complaint directly to the police for not ensuring ma product delivered.
