NO bulb instul/door found broken condition

I have IFB Microwaven 2482010 but when engineer came for instulation found inside light broken and door cover is broken and he made report and went but till today he dt.2392010 nobody from IFB came for instulation this is very bad for company very poor service provider If this is service then I am going to highlight this to media and consumer court
