Improper Service and demanding to pay during the warranty period for they service fault

I Had bought a product of your groups (Washing machine Senorita Dx 5.5 kg) before one and half years. the Warranty for the product 4 years. Till now lots of problems occurred in that i've called your technicians many times some of them serviced good and rest are not worth. now I've complained for a problem yesterday a technician came today and serviced it after servicing it he told you have to pay money for the repair of the door. Almost most of my complaints from the starting are door based complaints.

What are your technicians doing from the beginning they not serviced it properly and now they are asking to pay for service... I cant pay for these kind of things during the warranty period even i've two more years men...

if your technicians repaired it properly means why this problem araised... If the problem is solved during starting stages means why no this problem because Most of my complaints from the beginning are complaints about the door then during that time what did your technician do... If they done the service properly means why i've to complaint like this...

I'll not pay money during the warranty period because this is not our fault this is a fault araised due improper service of your technicians...

So you have clear that problem in my machine with a good technician without any fare...
