Worst service

Dear sir,

my washing machine's drum is not working, n i had made complaints regarding this several times at the service centre of our city.. We've also talked to the respected person incharge n walked to servece center, but no action wz taken by him in this context, even he did nt bothered to come n examine the machine at our place..

he hardly picks his phone or if do so, then he always say to come n see on the next day;

But all in vain...

sir, its my humble request to take positive steps to sort out my problem...
