Complaint for service registered on 12th or 13-May-11 complaint #6353201, (MCB of house tripping whenever Washing machine is switched on, no problem with house wiriing). 14-May-11, Service personel visited and said, motor and 2 PCBs have to be changed and belt to be replaced. 16-May-11. Another service person visited and took away 2 PCBs and Motor. No news. After calling on 20/21st, they said they will come on Monday 23rd. After many calls, passing the buck. At 5:30, they said, it is too late, will come on Tuesday. Tuesday also lot of buck passing and finally promised to come on Wed. Afternoon on 24-may I called the call center to complaint. They said first the complaint # 6365201 is not there and gave a new complaint number #6419343. When pressed, she acknowledged that the previous complaint was "closed". On wed morning, technician came with 2 PCBs but did not bring motor saying it was not given to him. Still waiting to know when it will be fixed. Last few days I have made innumereable calls to Bangalore service center office as well as the mobile numbers of various technicians assigned. Everyone was passing buck such as "I have not been told by office, I do not have parts, need to check with office", It is raining now, Many times, even after calling, the phone was not picked/switched off etc. Please also investigate why teh parts were taken away?
