Has not been installed for last one week

I bought a washing machine last Friday but since then no one has come to install it. On Monday I took leave from work but none even attended to my calls. One Tuesday finally they decided to call back. They want to come only in the afternoon. Dont they work in the mornings! Am I supposed to take leave everyday for installation.
