Have given cell phone which was under warranty for repairs but no action till date and neither the service center picks up the phone to revert

It has been since 09 Oct the cell phone details of which has been given for repairs to the service centre at DN Nagar Link Road Andheri, Mumbai, India but inpsite of repeated visits and innumerable phone calls, there has been absolute inaction.
