We had purchased an IFB washing machine 2 years ago. The product has crossed the warranty period. However, it is under Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC).
We are having a problem with the washing from the past one month. We are contacting the customer care/service center from the past one month. They say they have registered the complaint and will be sending a mechanic to repair the fault every time we contact them. There has been no response from them. We have contacted all the people from the lowest to highest level in their company but each one points a finger at the other and there is no action taken. This is going on from the past one month. They promise us they will be sending technicians every time we call them within 24 hrs but no one turns up. Because of this, we are forced to cancel our programmes and wait for those people but in vain.
So, I want the money back which we had paid for the AMC and a proper compensation.
P.S: If I have ever given this complaint, it is out of sheer frustration. This might be a big issue to some and a small issue to some others but from my position, it has been a big headache. I have only been running my phone bills.
