IFB service is non existent, they collect AMC fees (Annual Maintenance Contract) and never show up to fix problems. My complaint for a non working washing machine is pending since January 22nd 2010 and IFB is yet to fix the same. I have called their help lines 04439004321, Mr. Saravanan, IFB Regional Manager 9344011775, and service manager Mr. Parthasarathy 9176950080 and yet no one has come to fix the problem. One technician came to inspect the machine and disappeared saying that he needed to get the parts for fixing the machine and there has been no sign of him.
In the absence of my complaint not being attended to I have repeatedly asked for a refund of my AMC money and that has also not been fulfilled. What can be done to bring these people to justice? This seems like a scam to get money from unsuspecting consumers under the corporate guise.
