IFB
Even after having AMC, this company is not servicing my Appliances

I have Microoven SCI-3079 from IFB, the appliance is under AMC vide no 00302232 from 1st January ICR no: 44287. Even after repeated calling, the response is they will get back to us in a weeks time. I have registered 3 times thru their web portal, but unfortunately no sign of services. Kindly help us in resolving the same.
