Non Delivery of Promised Items

I bought a top of the line Philips Blue Ray Home Theatre System HTS 8160B/51, and was given the assurance that 5 complimentary movies on Blue Ray Discs would be given alongwith it. Its been more than 2 weeks after the installation of the system at home, and that too after full payment, and still no sign of the discs. Neither is Digitus electronics in Sect-14, Gurgaon, (from where the system was purchased) giving the discs or the equivalent money, nor is Philips giving the same. I wish to lodge a complaint against both Digitus Electronics as well Philips for not providing items as agreed at the time of sale.
