I had complained about my washing machine (complait no 5035296) which had a error E 03 in the month of August which was attended on the fourth day and they left saying another techinician would come as this machine was digital. After so many calls and promises they finally came to check the machine again on 09.10.10 and took then PCB board and till today no news of anybody. Today i called and same old excuses (no spare parts). Can anybody tell me how is it possible to stay without a washing machine for nearly four months is there any law in India for customer satisfacation, i payed a huge amount for the washing machine and the reason???
