WASHING MACHINE NOT WORKING

Dear Sir,

I have bought IFB SANORITA DX washing machine one and half year before. Since than I have regeistered four complaints differently. Now thiis is my fifth complaint. Its not working again. I have complained on dated 31st march a service boy named Chandan came to my house to check the matter, he said connection was loose, but when I used it, again the problem was same, where it was.

I am highly dissatisfied with the Quality of such a reputed company. I want to replace the product as early as possible.
