IFB Model WA806 - Top Loading Washing Machine

It has been a struggle from the day we purchased this low quality product. To top this, the after sales service and the people that they have to take care of this are horrible to deal with.

In the last 3 years, our latest struggle to get a faulty part replaced (gearbox, now) is running on to 40 days till date and the pity this is being followed by my old parents.

This is to my ultimate dismay being a Samsung customer, I suggested to buy a IFB because of its brand name in Washing machine for my home in Coimbatore.

The latest case # 7688272, registered on 5th Sep 2011 and the ordeal is still on. False promises, no responsiveness and ultimately no one turned up to help.

With this I regard, IFB are really 3rd grade company and also its people. Bare minimum, I need this service request resolved and later on, would like to talk to someone in IFB that are sensible and responsible for customer service
