THIS SHOULD BE NOTED AS A SUPER COMPLAINT. WE HAVE REGISTERED A COMPLAINT WITH YOUR CALL CENTER SINCE LAST 6 WEEKS. CONSTANT FOLLOWING UP BY MY WIFE MRS RASHMI SINGH BUT NO AVAIL. UNRESPONSIVE AND UNRESPONSIBLE CAN SUM IT UP THAT TOO WHEN WE HAVE RECENTLY RENEWED OUR AMC WITH IFB. WE ARE WITHOUT A MACHINE FOR THE ABOVE PERIOD AS WE NEED TO GET CLOTHES HAND WASHED. WHY DO IFB SELL AMC WHEN THEY CANNOT SERVICE. EVERYTIME YOU CALL THE CONTACT CENTER THEY SAY THEY DONT HAVE PARTS, CANT BE AN EXCUSE FOR A RUNNING PRODUCT WHERE YOU ARE ACTIVELY SELLING AMC. THE DISPLAY HAS NOT BEEN WORKING THEREFORE RENDERING THE WASHING MACHINE UN-OPERATABLE. I AM BEGINNING TO REGRET BUYING AN IFB JUST ON ACCOUNT OF ENDLESS FOLLOW UP ONE NEEDS TO DO TO GET THINGS FIXED.
IF THIS DOES NOT RESOLVE VERY SOON I WILL HAVE NO CHOICE BUT TO SEE THE NEXT STAGE OF ESCALATION.
