I have an IFB Neptune dishwasher, purchased in April. It is out of guarantee period and I do not have an AMC. The machine is not functioning and i complained on 19 Feb. I was told that it will be set right within 24 hours. For three weeks there was no response. The mechanic come last week to replace the defective part, he brought an open old looking piece. I brought this to the notice of the customer care people. On repeated complaints one senior service pers Vijay Wagle contacted me and said that the mechanic will bring a new piece but today it was again an old piece. I have called the customer care a number of times today. Each time I am told that their seniors are in a meeting but someone will call in 15 mins time. No one has called. Its a over a month now. What do I do?
