registered on dated 12/4/10 reply from customer care with in 24 hours contact engg. to you but i do not know when your 24 hrs completed.

last year i take amc then ther is no response for service. the engg. promised before amc we service this machine two times in one year but no body come for service.

i think your sevice is very very poor in india compare to other.in future id not suggest to purchase the ifb products.
