I have made a Service contract with IFB Washing Machine Senorita (ICR No.16737 dated 8-3) for one year service by paying an amount of Rs.1765/- After that when the machine showed complaint I registered the complaint through the toll free No. 18604255678. Since then several representatives attended the machine and made some works. But the problems remained unsolved. Every other time new persons are coming and attending the machine, going easily by suggesting different ways to solve the problem. Now the machine is not working. One month back a person by name Ranjeesh came and compelled us to purchase chemical powders of the company worth Rs. 800/- and through soft coated words he told us to call him after one week to permanently rectify the defect. He gave us a mobile Number 9947471868. After one week I tried to contact him. But the number was not in service. That was a perfect cheating. Again I registered complaint through toll free No. and through online. New persons arrived and promised to rectify the complaint. Two weeks elapsed now. No use till date. The persons are comming from the service centre of Thiruvananthapuram, Tel No. 0471 4099990. Kindly help me to redress my grievance.
