we have been your customer for many many years. we take our AMC every year with the company through your representative. on 03/05 we called your toll free number 1860 425 5678 regarding a complaint. we were given the USER ID 803738 and complaint No. 4464149 stating that they will send a service engineer towards that. promptly nexd day an engineer came - diagnosed the problem - assured to come with some spares to replace and rectify on the subsequent day. but to our surprise none turned up for more than 15 days. we kept on calling the toll free No. and other contact numbers given by them. but no response at all. at last on 21/05 another engineer came and diagnosed differently - again assuring to return back with some spares he left. there after no response at all till date. we are finding it extremely difficult to forego AMC and look for some alternative. under the circumstances kindly guide as to the next course of action whether the problem will be solved? or should we resort to the consumer redressal mechanism as the last resort? it is very strange when people are after us for the AMC - and going away from us during crisis. how long will it take bring the replacement parts? kindly explain to us please.
