Our IFB washing machine is under AMC. But the company and its franchise do not give attention to our various complaints. The repeated telephone calls are either not picked up or picked up and disconnected. When picked up give false assurances. The complaint no. 4145310 customer code 988480 dated 15.02.2010 has not been attended after repeated telephonic reminders to IFB Industries Ltd. and its franchise Powermatic. The names of some of the connected persons to whom we spoke are Mr. Rahul, Mr. Rajender, Mr. J.K. Gupta (owner Powermatic), Mr. Srikant (Area Incharge-Rohini), Mr. Sunil Yadav.
