Dearsir,

I am to sorry say that 1 year back I have given my micro oven for servicing to S.K.Assocites Authorised IFB Customer care Centre dated 12/8, till date i havent received postive response from customercare today they responded asusual sayng that they they are working with microwave from past 1 year they promised to deliver with in 2 days .whether it is a zet or air bus to get technical support from abroad, as i said above am going to consumer forum in couple of days with all documents (invoice, servicemaual, service receipt) its up to u to react.who will bear1 year lose and time to time visit to customer care contact my residence secunderabad oldalwal vasavienclave plotno154 phneno 8008544144, 04027974976
