My suggestion: DO NOT BUY IFB PRODUCTS
My newly bought microwave stopped working within one and a half months! I registered the complaint and requested service call immediately (Complain number: 6739033, Cust. ID: 2817814).
Inspite of call center person assuring that I'll get call from service person within 24 hours I had to call back after 2 days to remind the service! Then thankfully a service person came and confirmed that it is not working because some IFB part failed and need to get that from store room. He mentioned this part collection can take 1 day to max 6 days depending on availability in the store room.
Alas!!! Shockingly I did not receive any call from IFB side after that day till now (a month passed). I call the customer care number almost everyday now but nothing more I've heard than that the reminder will be forwarded and take a phone number to inquire more. Everytime I called got different numbers and most of them doesn't really helpful because nobody picks up the phone.
Conclusion:
1. IFB doesn't bother to inform me (N I know it is not just me) that the part's can take more time to arrive.
2. IFB microwave has just became a showpiece at my place (which I show to people as worst one I have in my house) and my warranty days are just passing without using it.
3. Customer care is worthless, they don't have any power to do, they cant even give official email ids or transfer the call to any senior person!
4. Once a item is bought IFB doesn't bother about their customers which makes it the worst company in the competitive market!
5. IFB is cheating on customers giving fake assurance!
6. Unexpectedly unprofessional behavior received from IFB.
