NON ATTENDANCE BY MAINTENANCE STAFF

I have a SENATOR washing machine under AMC. I have recently shifted to Goa from Delhi and I find the customer care in Goa to be pathetic. As long as payments for parts can be expected from me, there is attendance to compalints, otherwise nobody bothers. A complaint made on 25th jan is still to be attended to till 07.2.12. I certainly will think twice in future before buying any IFB product and I strongly urge everybody else to do the same.
