The annual maintance contract is valid and legaly in existance .the machine get out of order on 12.10.2009., lodged the complain on call centere, attended, found to have motor defective, promised to repair within in a week, mechanics came after reminder on 24.10. changed some sub-standard parts and tried to start it but it again got defective, perhaps mr solanki the mechanic has got the new parts from office and might have exchanged it with some substandard parts or someone else parts, it again went out of order, and repeadly reminded on call center, please verify the complaints history.

on 23.12.2009 another fault and machine stopped working completly, then the consumer compalint number 3910438, entered but till date no rectification of pending complaints have been done,

the consumer is suffering as there is intense cold and machine is out of order.

rang to all concerened but none appears to bother to hear and rectify the machine

poor services.
