I had bought an Oxygen hob one year back. When it arrived one of the igniters was broken. I asked them to replace and was ready to pay for it but they could not get the replacement. It is still not replaced. Complaints made to Jyoti never gets attended promptly. I had purchased this hob from Jyoti, Laxmi road shop, Pune.
