Sir / Madam, I have complained on line on 10 Sep 10 after getting fed up for almost three months for poor and pathetic service by Mr. Shiva, IFB technician. But to my surprise except a phone call from head office, Ambatore, no positive responce and service is provided tilldate. Is there no competive autority to direct a better after sales service to maintain a good image of the company. Thanking you in anticipation.
