Hi,

I have a DIVA washing machine from IFB. It is under warranty and few days back i shifted to new place. I logged a call and they took all information like where are you locating etc by a service centre (ph. 9830935307). I relocated from Lake Gardens to Rajarhat. They sent engineer to put transit bolts in a machine to prevent damage during transit and charged me R. 165/- for it and the engineer told me once you reach Rajarhat call us and we will send people who will take care of fitting the machine. When i reached new place and call the service centre, to my utter disbelief the lady who picked up the phone told me that now we are not reponsible for reconnection as you are outside out area. Surprised they did not tell us this before and when i confronted her and complain against them, she said it is just time wasting..nothing will happen... Just see the attitude of service centre people. She somehow gave me the number of service centre which is in my new area. When i called this number they told me to log the call to call centre which i did immediately. CC gave me assurance that someone will call me and problem will be solved. I followed up more than 6-7 times but till today nowone has turned up. They cheated me. Ultimately i fixed the problem myself and washing machine is working, this is pathetic service form IFB. I will never buy any product from this company ever..
