RESPECTED SIR / MADAM, I have been complaining about my washing machine T 2900 DX programmer not working since Jun to the IFB service rep and after registering my complaint online, I got a call last month from Ambatore office that your complaint will be attended to within a week, but tilldate i.e 25 Sep 2010 my washing machine is non operational. kindly suggest what next.
