I am having a New IFB Washing machine. I rasied a complaint on 14 june'10 saying there is over flow of water and its not working. The complaint number is 4639337. The service team came to my house next day and found that there is a problum in the washing machine and some part needs to be replaced. Till today no one has attened it and when i call them they are telling that the parts are out of stock and it will be comming today or tomorrow from pune.
Till today their tomorrow has never came and till today my washing machine is idle.
I call so many time to Mr. Manoj at pune he is able to give replay about my machine part and its warabout. I aslo talk with Ashvin Kumar who is incharge of Aurangabad. He have also no answe
