IFB Washing Machine - AW609021
I have registered a complaint :3866215 ON 13/12.(Permanent complint number:1311836) Still it is unresolved. I have spoken to Mr: Shankar of IFB:(9344011779) who is least brothered to solve it. I have spoken Mr: Rajagopal - Franshise Owner. No responce till now. Machines was examined three times by two persons. Mealwhile my warranty period got over on 29/12.
Give reasons for not solving the isuue for a month and when will my machine will be reparied
