Wanted to send this note hoping some one would be listeneing and valueing the customer presence and needs.
I have logged the complaint number 4834406 to IFB call centre for my washing machine, which is not working from last 25 days and it is under two year warrenty.
IFB technition came first week of complaint and the quality of service provided was appreciable as they
1) Broked the wheel from body,
2) Did a short circuit in house and went without communicating...
3) From last 10 days despite following the Call centre and bangalore office no one is listening
4) no communication when they plan to attend and correct the problem, no SLA in place
Contacted the Bangalore persions with the hirearchy order of Mr Manoj, Mr Ram and then Mr Balaji and when ever i am calling them they are saying our technition will come but no one is coming at the day end... Really after so much of patience and facing a poor service from the company hence writing this mail.
Really i am getting frustrated as my family is suffering from the pain and the delay IFB people are providing, Hope with this mail IFB would react and help me to act on my complaint number...
